The Organization as a Unified Energy Field

To achieve a Quantum leap in its results, the organization must undergo a Quantum shift in its perception of Reality.

We have been conditioned to believe that the world is physical and solid and that to achieve better results, we must work harder, spend more money, and put in more effort. This belief is fundamentally flawed. In Reality, the world operates on energetic and emotional frequencies, and our entire reality is energy flowing through fluctuating magnetic fields.

Shifting our perception from a physical to an energetic and magnetic-emotional one is key to making a Quantum leap and achieving a breakthrough in the organization's performance.


Quantum leap

Quantum Theory and Parallel Realities

Quantum Physics asserts that all realities exist simultaneously in a parallel astral dimension, with each reality vibrating at a distinct frequency. We, as human beings, emit magnetic energy fields that either attract or repel realities from the astral dimension to our physical dimension based on the frequencies we emit.


Thus, what we perceive as reality is a result of the magnetization of the frequencies and vibrations we emit. Einstein noted that frequencies and vibrations are fundamental to magnetizing realities into our lives, and the ability to control our internal magnetic field and emitted frequency is crucial to controlling our physical Reality. Modern Quantum research, such as the Double-Slit Experiment, demonstrates that every possibility exists simultaneously and is realized according to our frequency and mode of observation (Heisenberg, 1927).

Laws of Vibration and Attraction

The Law of Vibration, as described by Nikola Tesla, posits that everything in the universe vibrates at a specific frequency. Tesla stated: "If you want to understand the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration." His theories highlight the impact of frequencies on the reality surrounding us. According to the fundamental principle of the Law of Attraction, The similarity between our frequencies and the frequencies of the outcomes we wish to attract creates a magnetic connection. Contemporary studies in intention psychology reveal that focusing on high frequencies attracts a Reality that aligns with our vision (Law of Attraction, 2006).


Laws of repelling

Alongside the Law of Attraction, there is also the Law of Repelling. Frequencies that do not match our internal frequencies will be repelled. As Heisenberg proposed in Quantum theory, the principle of uncertainty explains that we influence Quantum phenomena to the extent that we attempt to measure them (Heisenberg, 1927). Repelling frequencies that do not match can alter how Reality appears and begins to manifest. Quantum studies suggest that aligning with lower frequencies creates resistance, delaying the development of the desired Reality.


The Individual and the Organization as a Collection of Magnetic Fields

Each individual emits frequencies and magnetic fields that can attract or repel energy. The frequency of the magnetic field reflects our emotional and intellectual relationship with the "outer world." High-energy frequencies attract results at a high frequency, and vice versa.

An organization, composed of people, is essentially made up of magnetic fields. The organization's energetic magnetic field is a superposition of all individual magnetic fields. Each leader, team, and department contributes different frequencies, which form part of the overall energetic magnetic field.

When all components of the organization are in full frequency synchronization, and the organization has a strong, unified magnetic field, it functions as a cohesive unit that attracts exceptional business opportunities and innovative solutions from the Quantum dimension. Conversely, when the organization’s frequencies are out of sync and conflicts between individuals or departments shift from substantive discussion to negative emotional realms, the organization’s energetic field weakens. The ability to attract positively decreases, the organization stagnates, and the unified magnetic field increasingly repels business opportunities that could have been achieved had the field remained unified.


Frequency Synchronization and Harmony – Changing Reality Perception

Once the organization's CEO and chairman alter their Reality perception and recognize that the Physical Reality we see is merely energy in flow, extending on a magnetic field pulsing at that frequency, they should begin to view people and the organization as energetic and magnetic fields. They must unify the management team for high and complete energetic and magnetic synchronization with the organization's goals. They need to address and dismantle negative energies present in the organization, as these energies typically negate positive ones, resulting in "0" magnetization. Any internal disputes impact the general magnetic field.


The higher, more stable, and unified the organization’s energetic magnetic field, the faster, more groundbreaking, and beyond imagination the results from the Quantum dimension will be. When the CEO and management team encounter a performance decline, they should first recognize that these performances are merely fluid energy and assess the state of the overall energetic-magnetic field that repels this energy. Once the energetic field is restructured, the organization will experience a significant performance boost with minimal investment.

It is all energy and nothing beyond it.
